Who Can Apply
We serve adults who are ready to commit to a stable, supportive living environment. Our programs are open to reentry individuals, veterans, and displaced persons who meet the following general criteria.
- 18 years of age or older
- Commitment to program guidelines and community standards
- Ability to contribute to housing costs (assistance available)
- Willingness to maintain a substance-free environment
- Active engagement with personal goals and case management

Submit Your Application

Initial Conversation
A member of our intake team will reach out within 2–3 business days to schedule a brief phone or in-person conversation.
Needs Assessment
We'll work together to understand your specific needs, goals, and the best program fit for your situation.
Welcome Home
Once matched with a unit, we'll walk you through move-in and connect you with your case manager. Your journey begins.
